I have never tasted something more delicious than this thing, with tostadas, and a lot of "lechuga" and cebolla morada, with some chile serrano at the side... is just too much for me.

Pozole Rojo... it has a lot of ingredients, but the basic ones : Pork meat (wih the head and bones so it can give more flavour to the soup), peppers, White Hominy, radish, onion and cilantro, with some delicious tostadas and lemon.
