I know you guys are really proud of your potatoes, but I have to say based on my experience, upstate New York grows much better ones. The ones from Iowa are really pretty terrible.

Most of the newer Cornell potatoes are preferred, if the menu is specifically stating the potato type.

Not sure if they're available outside of the northeast yet, but eventually they'll probably reach you, just as cupcakes did once.
