BRO! YOU !!CAN!! LOSE ALL THAT WEIGHT! I WAS THERE, I WAS 343 POUNDS AT MY WORST. Now I after a year and a half I am 214 pounds and still going down. It just takes dedication. Know that you aren't a fuckup, YOU ARE WORTH IT! YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER AND YOU DESERVE THAT LIFE, TRUTHFULLY! DON'T BLAME YOUR PROBLEMS ON SOCIETY, OTHER PEOPLE, OR ANYTHING ELSE BUT YOURSELF. YOU MUST HAVE THE SELF DISCIPLINE AND DEDICATION TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE AND BRING YOURSELF TO A PLACE OF HEALTH AND HAPPINESS. YOU ALSO NEED HOBBIES, THINGS THAT WILL NOT ONLY KEEP YOU INTERESTED AND WILL MAKE YOU NOT FOCUS ON EATING SO MUCH, BUT THINGS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A POTENTIAL SUITOR TO WOMEN AND A FUN PERSON TO EVERYONE ELSE. >MAKE A SELF IMPROVEMENT LIST OF THINGS YOU WANT TO GET BETTER AT, AND DO EACH ACIVITY FROM THAT LIST AT LEAST ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK. HERE IS MINE FOR EXAMPLE:

>Core
>Kegels
>Read Books
>Lectures/Talks/Documentaries
>Making Music

>TRY AND LOOK AT YOUR LIFE IN A POSITIVE MANNER. DON'T BLAME OTHERS FOR ANYTHING, !!YOU!! HAVE THE POWER TO TAKE ANY SITUATION AND MAKE IT BETTER. THAT IS YOUR GIFT AS A HUMAN BEING.
