Cooking chicken breasts in the oven and they fill the pan with juice/water. If I pour it off to brown the chicken becomes super dry, if I leave it the chicken comes out juicy but the sauce doesn't cook. I'm basically cubing the breast, 10 minutes at 450, dump juice, bbq sauce, back in for 10 minutes. Good flavor but dry. What do /ck/?

Thanks anons. I've actually never cooked salmon before so i was going an easy route. It's literally just salt, black pepper, basil, and parsley on top. After baking for 20 minutes or so i squeezed a lemon on top of everything
