Today's tea: Red Blossom Tea’s Snow Dragon
The dry leaves look like a cross between a dragonwell green tea and a silver needle white tea. It is light and fluffy like a white tea as well. Reminds me a bit of a tea that I had a sample of once which was sold as wild silver needles. It tastes kind of like how you would expect it to with both parts of this hybrid tea showing through. On one end you have a delicate nutty green bean taste from on the other you have some Fuding white tea character that I am having a hard time putting in more precise words. The green tea side is the more prominent though. It has got a nice strong sweetness to it as well. I would say it is a very nice tea overall. Sometime I will try to grab some more fluffy whitish green teas to compare with.
