Yes it is turbo-cringe. I've got about $1500 worth of knives and stones and I think about what to buy next multiple times a day. It's been like this for years. And I will never, EVER admit that to anyone I know IRL not even my family. It's not as bad as admitting how much time I spend on 4chan but it's still pretty bad.

I have eaten fast food maybe 5x in the last 20 years. I drink a glass of wine almost every day. I said a GLASS not a tankard. I stick to mostly low-interventionist winemakers, sometimes referred to as "natural" winemakers by people who like to troll and invite hair splitting over the definition of "natural".

For the record I grew up with an old timey lever action espresso machine. It's a great parlor trick, the hibachi grill knife flip of coffee. There's a reason the industry moved on, if you'd ever used modern equipment you'd understand
