I've found that alcohol affects everyone differently. You tend to slip into a certain state of mind. You stop overthinking and start acting more on instinct and feelings. People dance, sing, cry, stuff their face with food, become enraged and start picking fights, driven almost blind by lust and a desire of intimacy, suddenly turn into kleptomaniacs, inventors or philosophers. I've had friends who become entirely different people after enough of drinks.
You see it all on a night out, every walk of life out there. I think everyone has a personal, unique and complex relationship with alcohol.
