I don't really afford it.

I rent an apartment at £480 a month, £120 coucil tax on top of that, food, bills and general expenses like car and shit like that come to about 250 - 300 a month, about £400 goes on booze. I take home about £1250 a month.

I have (had?) savings which are steadily draining away as I'm spending more than I'm earning.
