Here's the true redpill and a balanced opinion.

First off, I have no problem with soy as a different food product. 99% of the retards above simply decide to make "it" something so they have something to bully and feel that by being against it "they" are better. Its typical collectivist monkey like behaviour and largely stemming from being losers and having no other source of self-respect.

Now, this is the point where you may think I will come for it, but, uh no. Although I too am a "techie". Athough I too like the idea of a futuristic "omnifood", I simply dont think we understand nutrition enough yet to make one.

I think that there are mechanical effects in foods we still barely understand, beyond just "carbs" and "sugars". Such as anti-inflammatories, epigenetics etc.

Things like garlic, blueberries, curcumin etc have all sorts of other effects beyond "calories" and which would take too long to explain.

As a true food geek then, and completely free of any mental chains about soiboys etc, I give it a thumbs down. You want to eat good, I suggest looking into the Mediterranean and Japanese diet.
