Looking good OP. I usually smoke chicken thighs at 225 for about 3 hours but next time I'll try your method and go even lower and even slower. Here's some I did a while back with a bbq sauce glaze

Thanks and I know it's a misnomer to call them pork belly "burnt ends" but whatever you call these things they are slammin. Made them for the first time a few days ago, some chicken too
