You're rigth about the burger thing but since I'm not competing I don't really care about that. I wanted to do some pulled pork and it kinda fit in with this week's challenge. Ramson is also called wild garlic. You can eat the whole plant but it's mainly the leaves which have a mild garlicy/grassy taste. So a mild aioli with a hint of grass.

I'm not satisfied with it either but that's mainly because it reflects the lighting a little too well. I really don't like my fries scattered around the plate.
