Wow, I just don't eat starchy foods like potatos or sugar filled ones like bread. Everything else is on the table, lmfao.
Pretty much the only reason I can actually see someone even remotely disagreeing with my diet is the fact that they love sugary foods too much and are afraid to give them up.
Never in my life have I seen such a poor attempt at trying to get someone to give up a diet. In 8-10 days I'll be my goal weight of 145lbs and start my bulk.
