LOL. The dietitians told me to eat 12 servings of carbs a day after I was diagnosed as a diabetic. I'd be dead by now if I followed those morons' advice.

Keto diet with lots of meat has saved my horrible carnivorious ass. And at my last checkup the doc told me my A1C was down to 5.3 and I showed "no sign of diabetes". He looked absolutely shocked that two years ago I was at 10.1 A1C and a baseline blood glucose of 400.
