Try reducing your carbohydrates from grains and bread and keep regular carbs from legumes and vegetables. Your skin might just be reacting to the proteins in certain grains.
If all else fails and you really want to limit all carbs, go for flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and regular beans instead of soybeans. Not because soybeans are bad for you, but because I'm never going to convince you otherwise if all of the available science hasn't done that already, and there's no efficient way to change the natural nutritional makeup of the plant.
