I took this because I liked the way the tomatoes turned out, but the eggs were nice, too. One of my favorite simple scrambles.

Combine and mix:
2 eggs
1 ounce whole milk
1/2+ teaspoon dried dill
freshly cracked black pepper or cayenne to taste

Saute 1 clove finely minced garlic in bacon fat (just enough to take the bite
out of it, no coloring)

add eggs, scramble
salt, aged gouda
eat with tomato

pan fired ham
seared tomato
scramble with dill, garlic, and gouda
