How can I better what I eat? I'm by no means fat, but I'm starting to fill out and have a noticeable gut, making me suck in all day to hide it. However it's getting to the point where I can't hide it. I eat poorly when I get sad or stressed and end up binge eating bad foods till I get heartburn and then some. I am currently recovering from a relatively major surgery and won't be able to work out like I use to or run for quite some time. I was considering eating nothing but celery and carrots in small amounts every 2 hours and drinking more water, but I'm not sure how much progress I can make on those. I need ideas.
