It is, but how you handle it differs. I get it sometimes, but instead of freaking out I shut my emotions down now and the only thing I can feel within that period is anger if prompted - feels like you've had too much caffeine and are just going through the motions without much thought.

on the other hand, I've had severe alcohol withdrawal/mild drug psychosis where the sound of a fucking vacuum cleaner or loud car would send me into a sweat, heart palpitations and tunnel vision/body sensations. The problem with the internet era is that everyone's too quick to self diagnose and seek attention, so any minor thing is ''Oh my god I'm having an anxiety attack'' when in reality, it's just that they've never had anything too negative or troublesome in their life so they just exaggerate and bitch. Internet hypochondria is real, and it's polluted 99% of the women that use the internet.

One time, I got this weird polish vodka at a bottle shop in Australia. It was dark and thick, kinda tasted like Jagermeister. It had a ship on the label. Never saw it again after, or that type of vodka for that matter. It was on clearance and the labels were old looking so I feel like they found a decade old crate in a warehouse and wanted to get rid of it. Tasted great.

the bottle was green, anyone know what it is I'm thinking of? or what kind of wodka it is?

Nothing wrong with snap frozen fish, it's arguably more fresh than ''fresh'' fish unless it was same day caught. Frozen vegetables are more fresh too.

I don't eat junk food, i like the fillet of fish and use jarred sauce for pasta.
