"traditional" nip sushi is for pretentious fartsniffers who pretend gook food tastes more "fresh" than other cuisines. i couldn't watch this cocksuckers documentary all the way through, made it like 5 minutes in before i bailed out and ordered some fish and chips from the local joint. fish and chips is just british sushi and its better than grorious nipponese shit thats not even cooked.

I always thought of the idea of a menial job repelling, but the more I think about it, the more comfy it seems to be able to devote your life to one simple craft and just slowly become the best at it. I feel like the gooks (japan ones, not the communist ones) have the right idea in that respect. It seems peaceful
