I want to make the best brownies I've ever made. Which shouldn't be hard because I've only ever made them from a mix. I was thinking of trying Alton Browns recipe. Are there any better ones out there?

Alright, fags, I wanna hear about near death experiences involving food or times when you've choked on food. I also wanna know what that meal was you choked on and why. No gore, no objects, just food.

One time I was enjoying a Saturday gaming and my crazy aunt came to visit my family, however I was home alone. Me and her never really got along, but she offered me some brownies she brought with her. I said fuck it and had a few. She told me to try some more and held some up to my mouth. Before I could say no, as I was still chewing the last batch, she starts putting them in my mouth and forcefully shoving the brownies in. I began to choke as I swallow and I'm left helpless because I'm caught off guard and have my hands full. After managing to spit up the brownies I manage to spring free and shove her off. We exchange words and I'm nearly brought to fisticuffs because she almost killed me. She took off and I've never trusted her since.
