Anyone else live in a roach infested shithole? I'm a student right now so I'm stuck in a shithole apartment with third world ingrate neighbors that don't understand basic hygiene, so the building has a massive, persistent roach infestation. I've taken as many precautions as I can and, while it has certainly reduced the problem in my unit, there's just no getting rid of it when my neighbors are this filthy and the building is so old.

Anyway, I have to keep everything sealed to avoid attracting extra roaches and to keep the ones in the cabinets off of my food. What kind of stuff should I be buying in this situation? Is it even possible to buy in bulk? Large sealed containers are pretty expensive for me with my poverty level wealth. I really wish I could go the bulk rice, beans, potatoes, etc route to reduce cost, but roaches would have a field day with that. My kitchen is also tiny as fuck, as is my freezer.

Not really sure what I'm looking for specifically. Just general kitchen stocking advice for living in roach hell.
