this is very nice anon, I remember for a year or two in elementary my mom wrote notes as well. I can't remember why she stopped, whether she just stopped or I pulled some dumbass spoiled kid bullshit but sometimes I think about the "I love you!"'s in those notes and feel warm.

Hey /ck/

I made a whole chicken in the slow cooker a few days ago. Gonna try to turn it into soup now.

What's the best way to do this? Do I literally just boil the carcass into a stock? I also cooked it with a bunch of veggies like whole carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, which obviously became very soft in the slow cooker but still have a bunch of flavour. Could I just put them into the stock and boil them down as well or is there a better way to use them in the soup? Don't have many other veggies on hand to add so trying to conserve a bit.

Any help is appreciated, thanks lads
