I went on a roadtrip and I can't stop eating here. It's better than in-n-out and whataburger. The only place that's on its level is 5 guys. Why don't you see this place talked about in the same vein as in n out when it's just as cheap and somehow even tastier? Only thing meh about this place is the fries but the burgers and shakes are god tier.

As an New Englander I used to defend Five Guys to death but that all changed since my last business trip to Texas. Decided to try Steak 'n Shake and it probably the best burger I had in a while. Fries were a little lacking, but you can get a full ass meal with milkshake there for the same price of a single bacon burger at Five Guys. It makes me ashamed to live here on the east coast desu. I wish I was back.
