The off gassing was probably carbon monoxide, not Teflon since the bird didn't die. Be careful if you have pets when you cook with higher temperatures. The real problem was fall off from air frying. You really got to clean that shit up. Better yet, don't air fry. It's a meme. I got lucky. My bird lived, but she was unresponsive for a long while.

When you consider what Buddy's is charging for a deep dish right now, $40 for the cast iron pan paid for itself in two weeks.
Before that I was using the lid from my Dutch oven. I called it a Kalamazoo pizza because it's somewhere between Chicago and Detroit.

Where to buy good pepperoni cheap? I was getting boar's head on sale for $3.59/6.5oz, but I'm running out and they're back $6. I could just buy Walmart brand pre sliced, but I don't want that many additives and the boar's head tasted better.
