fucking love that site. but to be honest not every recipe has panned out okay. particularly their shumai and the ramen broth. maybe i'm just doing the later wrong, but it seems impossible to get the blood and browning substances off of the meat.

as for the shumai, i found them to be missing whatever it is that makes them good at other restaurants, though i'm unsure of what. they tasted more harsh and less juicy

otoh, the gyro meat recipe and lesson was dope as soap.

Honey-nut granola sounds good. I don't like plain home-made yoghurt though. I prefer to buy yoghurt. Strawberry ice makes me water.

What are the sizes of eggs you buy and how much do they cost?

Feel free to use your currency.

Oats and chia? I hope you didn't eat 300g of Chia seeds in one sitting. I like chia seeds but even I don't eat so much. (I soak them overnight before eating them)

I can tell you're not skinny, either. Heh heh.
I'm not fat too, but I love breakfast, tea-time and supper.

Sounds good, how much do you spend on those?

Breakfast: Whole grain bread and strawberry jam, about 50 yen

Tea-time: Blendy-stick matcha, forgot price.

Lunch: Spaghetti with half a bottle of mayonnaise and a little ketchup.
Spaghetti was 20 yen.

Snack: 10 x gourmet chocolates, all different types. A box 54 chocolates from Mary's cost 2,160 yen. (I ate too much and felt it was a waste.)

Dinner: Spaghetti with remaining half a bottle of mayonnaise drizzled with ketchup.
>forgot the price of mayonnaise
