im better meth heads just keep stealing my vehicles shit happens, to wet age a steak i vac seal it but i dont take all the air out just most cuz i dont wanna suck the juice out of the steak, then just put it in the fridge for like 4-5 days, its not like dry aged but there a bit of a difference
