The best part of Wilson's cooking is that he makes tasty, relatively simple food and isn't a gigantic douchebag trying to tell you there is only one way to do things.And he isn't trying to sell you anything. Food network creates celebrity chefs these days just to sell you shit.

For the record, I eat meat, but in moderation, because how I feel is more important than whether I've got more carnist points than some fat fuck on 4chan. Eating meat every day makes you feel like shit, not that you would know because that's how you've always felt. Like a soda addict who can't stop drinking soda because he might have a panic attack from withdrawal symptoms.
