Roasting is easy enough. For chicken legs, I recommend 425F on convection setting for 20 minutes, then flip for another 10 to 15 minutes.

I happen to have posted a similar thread about roasting chicken legs, so I have pics ready to go. Here is a quick collage I made showing:
1. Elevated rack and sheet pan.
2. Chicken legs seasoned and spaced out on rack.
3. Chicken legs finished cooking
4. Chicken cross section showing doneness

As I said earlier, these photos show the results of very basic meat roasting technique:
1. Meat spaced out on elevated rack on sheet pan with a bit of water in the bottom of the pan to prevent any drippings from burning
2. Roasted @ 425F on convection setting for 30 mintutes, then flipped and roasted an additional 15 minutes.
