2 bullion cubes, one beef roast (or whole chicken, preferrably a stew bird if you can find it) mine is usually 2.5 lbs or heavier. Bay leaf, salt (not too much as the bullion has plently of salt) pepper, red wine (white if ur doing chicken), vinnegar (any kind will do). I use a crock pot but low heat on a stove will work too. Dissolve bullion in water, add beef (i cut mine up into 6 chunks) or chicken, add splash of vinnegar and wine. And simmer on low for 8-12 hours. Make sure meat is covered. The broth is delicious and meat is moist and flavorful. get well soon!
