It's not like these are PETA bullshit studies, and it doesn't make much sense to me either, the arbitrary line in the sand modern society draws toward "cute animals" (read: companion animals) and "food animals". All I ever hear is moral arguments and feelings and muh companionship with nothing of objective weight or fact and then I watch this and realize it's all bullshit in the end.

Basically just learn to cook them well. I prefer cooked vegetables more than raw ones, although I still eat a lot of salads. For example, for your next meal take an onion and multi colored peppers and fry them up in some olive oil until they start turning getting a nice color. Then sprinkle a bit of chili powder and salt, it's amazing.

If you want to get into eating raw vegetables make a batch of hummus and dip your vegetables in that. I like hummus as a salad dressing as well.
