I’m cooking challenged. I peeled sweet potato and sliced into circles about a quarter centimetre thick. I put a bit of chicken stock in a baking dish and then layered the sweet potato in the dish.

This shit has been cooking at like 415F for about two hours. It’s barely even close to being cooked. What happened???

Sister just stopped by and left me a big box of sweet potatoes. I don't really like these things. What are some off-label uses for them?
