Most Japanese people seem to make their rice in a rice cooker. They use short grain sticky rice
Miso soup is easy to make but the ingredients might be hard to find depending on where you live. The basic ingredients are kombu/dried anchovies/shiitake mushrooms for the broth, miso paste, tofu (optional imo), more mushrooms, and seaweed. You can also add other stuff to it. There's also instant miso if you're lazy or cant find the ingredients.
The rolled omelettes are made in a special rectangular pan
Tea is tea (duh)
I don't know anything about fish because I never eat it, but Japanese people usually have special fish grills in their apartments. I'm guessing they usually eat it steamed or grilled. Get the freshest fish possible.
Can't tell what that green side dish is but it's probably Tsukemono (Japanese pickles). Idk if it would be easier to buy them or make your own.

Hope this helps
