I spend $30-$35 a week

My diet is almost entirely milk, oats, chicken, broccoli, spinach, and greek yogurt. Look at your grocery store's sales and stock up on cheap stuff (like pasta, etc) when it's on sale

I can get about a week of good eating out of $30
