I got offered the same pig-shaped cutting board by my parents when I moved out.

It was so offensive, like I appreciate the gesture, but the pig shape diminishes the functionality of the cutting board.

Anyway, never used it, I gifted it back to them at chirstmas.

I tried pickling carrots with just salt water and I think it helped

>wisk salt with water
>pour salt water back with carrots
>losely cover it or have airlock system
>put it at ~20-27 Celsius for 4-7 days until it bubbles

then store in fridge with semi tight lid

Speaking of teflon, do you know that teflon is used to replace ass rings when they break?

Also practice makes perfect. I use low heat and gently massage the egg mix until it settles than flip it.
