Medium Rare, if it's a little under that, fine. If it's a little over, I'm unhappy but I'll still eat it because I'll never be anal enough to tell someone to recook something unless it's literally inedible.

When I had a drinking problem, it stuck until I had a good enough reason to quit.
Then I quit. No questions asked.
All you need is something you want that requires you stop or limit your drinking, and to want it more than you want to keep drinking as much as you are.
Unfortunately what that is is going to be different for everyone, and a good enough reason may take you a while to find.
But if you find it and you're honest with yourself about wanting it more than another bottle, making that change should be the easiest thing in the world.

I'd prefer pouring it into a glass cup first. Drinking out of the bottle is for plebs.
