Shit. Yeah these guys got it right. Obviously the carrots will soak up some of the salt and chicken flavor and alter the texture, My question is why do baby carrots seem to taste different when boiled opposed to whole carrots that are freshly peeled and chopped. I did word it kind of retardedly so that one is on me.
