Hi /ck/

I am literally retarded at cooking and I'm also a lazy bastard. On top of that, I'm really cheap. I want to craft a cheap high-protein meal out of the following ingredients:

-rice (I have jasmine on hand)
-beans
-meat sauce (see pic)
-hotdog halves

I have a rice cooker and a pan on a stove for cooking. I'm about to hit up my grocery store for any other ingredients you tell me I might need.

What kind of beans should I use? They're gonna have to be canned because I want to eat this tonight so I don't have time to let dry beans soak overnight.

Should I cook the beans with the rice or what?

How do I make meat sauce? I know it involves ground beef but I dunno what else. I don't want to end up with the tomato-ey kind you find on spaghetti.

How should I flavor this so it doesn't taste dull? Onions? I'm really clueless here
