I'm a hardcore hotsauce junkie.

For what it's worth, I don't like anything Dave's makes. I find their sauces to all have a pronounced 'plastic-y' taste of the type that happens when capsaicin concentrate is used.

A few of my favorites:

- Marie Sharp's, any flavor. Most every chilihead I've ever met has had Marie Sharp's on their top ten list, so you can't go wrong. Pic related

- Adoboloco, made here on Maui. I love their smoked ghost pepper chipotle sauce "Hamajang." Truly, truly delicious, outstanding stuff. If you go for this, you'd probably have to get it straight from the manufacturer, since it's such a small company.

- Brother Bru-Bru's. This sauce is sodium-free. I find it becomes outstandingly delicious when I add salt. Every time I get a new bottle, I use a bit, then add a ton of salt and shake that baby up.

These three hot sauces are staple hot sauces for me.
