my new housemates want me to put a hotpot on but i only just found out that one of them is vegan.
apparently she occasionally doesnt mind seafood but any chicken or red meat is out of the question.
i dont like seafood though, and for me seafood ruins a perfectly good nabe.

what do?
do I do a vegetable nabe and then serve meat as a side?
do we do a veggie nabe and then afterwards add pork dumplings to the broth for us meat eaters?
i dont want to exclude the vegan but at the same time dont want to do nabe without some sort of meat option
