Probably just an illusion with the first pic making them seem small. With the second pic you get a sense of scale with the fork. I make mine pretty big, but it may be slightly different with a different batch.

Indeed, I stopped by my mom’s on my why home from work nearly other day and she usually tried to get me to eat something and I usually took her up on the offer and I did this until she died in 2009, at which point I was 41 years old.

My friends parents do the same thing with them and they even try to feed me if I go over there (and I usually take them up on it).

Just thought I’d let everyone know I’m sitting here eating some tasty potato pierogi I picked up from the Polish Market today, along with some blueberry pierogi I stashed in the freezer.
