Ranch is too bland/boring. The kick of bleu cheese perfectly balances out the spiciness of the wings.

i will begin
>cook egg
>cook meat (literally every fucking meat on the planet is good in fried rice and i vary my seasonings based on what i'm having)
>cook veggie (onion, carrot, garlic, and i don't like peas so i do broccoli
>rice (always a day old never fresh)
>sauce (soy sauce, sesame oil, a touch of oyster sauce and sriracha
>add some salt and pepper
>when it's nearly done add a ton of green onion and a healthy dose of sesame seeds
and i always pair a delicious salty bowl of fried rice with a sweet bubbly drink like dr pepper or pepsi.

I see on this shithole website i've found a fellow canes sage. Allow me to share my canes eating routine with you brother.
On occasions where i pass by canes simply hoping for a snack, I get a box combo with extra fries instead of coleslaw and add an extra canes sauce as extra. As you mention opening the box to let it vent on the way home is imperative to keeping your food crispy.
Once I arrive home, the ritual begins. I start with eating the garlic butter off the top of my bread to savor the salt flavor and prepare my tongue for the salt to come. I set the bread aside and open the first packet of canes sauce. I lick the canes sauce off the top and pair it with some fries in my mouth. once the top is devoid of sauce i begin on my chicken fingers, rationing perfectly so that by the time i've eaten the two fingers, i still have an acceptable amount of sauce left for fries. Once getting the sauce out of the cup with fries becomes a chore, I take half of the bread and wipe it around the cup like a sponge to soak all that sauce and consume it. I repeat this process for the remaining two tenders, fries, and sauce cup. When the meal is done I give thanks and look forward to when I get canes again next month. After all, it wouldn't be so special every time if i went frequently.
Have a blessed day anon

Booze is great for cooking, I sometimes also use it in my food.

Honestly, it's great. You can get away with cheap stuff too. A little Carlo rossi goes a long way for deglazing and adding to sauce. Vodka never has to be high quality for sauce. Evan Williams works great as a bourbon for shrimp, or adding a little smokiness. Hell, even light macro lager is great in a lot of applications switching it out for water. Although a middle of the road bock is good for chili, and I like farmhouse ale for cheese applications like cheddar bay biscuits or beer cheese soup.
