Will eating foods high in saturated fat shorten my life? e.g. red meat, eggs, coconut oil, etc

>dad suffered a heart attack a year ago
>not from obesity, largely because how much he worked offset how much utter shit he ate every day so he stayed a nornal weight while rekting his body
>he can, essentially, only eat super lean beef, chicken, or fish
>he doesn't like fish and beef can only be eaten occasionally in small amounts
>he eats chicken breast mostly every day, told me he hates it but he doesn't know what else to make
do you anons have any good low-saturated-fat chicken recipes? or just low sat fat recipes in general
