I never complain about food at a restaurant, I've yet to experience genuine BAD food. I've experienced when it hasn't been AS good as it should've been, but if it's edible and it fills me, there's no reason to complain.
The easiest way to protest against the quality of specific places is to never fucking visit it again, it's not that hard. If the food is always shit, other people will cease to go there too and soon the place is no more.
