you know i haven't actually enjoyed much of the fine dining in the city. most of the best dining in the UK is out of london. if i'm honest i'd probably say pizza east is one of my favourite places. and donna margarita on lavender hill. and a pho place on kingsland road i can't remember the name of. i also really enjoyed baltic, a HUGE place that does polish/russian food, one of the few places here you can get coulibiac and kvass.

friday night always down the pub or at a house party. pubs are a choice between the old fountain, the eagle and the wenlock arms. sometimes karaoke in islington. also the vortex, ronnie scott's, charlie wright's or the 606 for music/date night sort of stuff
