Any good cocktail suggestions to use up some Old Grand Dad Bonded?

I bought it to mix with hard unfiltered apple cider, but I seem to have trouble finding unfiltered hard cider with any regularity.

Old Grand-Dad, specifically the bonded version, is one of the best buys in bourbon. Not always easy to find; if you run across it, consider yourself fortunate and pick up a bottle.
