How do you eat all the meat from the bone when its covered in "sauce" and youre armed with a spoon?

Something as rich and time consuming as possible like, beef bourguignon, bolognese maybe? But at the end of the day it's still probably entirely up to them to start finding joy in it.

OR, and I just thought of this, you could pack them sandwiches/empanadas/pasties and make convenience your mantra; because it would be something they would agree with. You can eat a sandwich anywhere. Maybe them having SOMETHING they enjoy about the food - in this case convenience - will give them a vehicle to begin to appreciate other things about the food, like "hey, this italian eggplant sandwich is pretty good."
