I usually just have a salad or some leftover that I warm up in the microwave oven.

If I have bread it is Scandinavian-style rye because the white stuff just isn't very filling.

I cooked a small steak last night too for my packed food at work but it didn't look nice like yours. Just a basic salad with some protein added at the last minute.
