One of my recipes: I take a pack of butter and melt it in a pan. I add a few cloves of crushed garlic, a couple of chopped chillies, plenty of diced capers, parsley and lemon zest. I lightly fry everything then chill it and roll it into a log while it's still malleable. A slice of this butter melted over a steak or some other roasted meat is heavenly.
