Because this is an al/ck/ thread I guess it's semi-related, but how do you people deal with post-blackout anxiety (apart from drinking, of course)? I seriously feel like I can't breathe and the taste of any alcohol right now would make me puke bile.

Don't talk to friends about depression. They'll just think less of you and see you as an emotional burden. At most you'll get invited somewhere out of pity.
