Pre prohibition bourbon. It's one of the less likely things on my bucket list that I'll be able to try. Either a) you find it, b) you know a guy, or c) you're that guy who actually spends like $50,000 on a pint.

Just like the sheer diversity in apples, prohibition also killed the whiskey distillery tradition in Pennsylvania and Ohio, more or less permanently relegating it to Kentucky these days
