According to my notes:
>2017 Taetea (sheng)
"...Fuity and light, almost jam-like in aroma". Wild buzzing texture on the tongue, bubbly, creamy. However, flavor was more woody/malt. It was one of the the most satisfying teas I've had with regards to the supreme texture and pleasant aroma, but I wrote about wishing to get more of those aroma notes down the palate somehow. Either way, a solid cake.

>2017 Taetea V93 (shou)
Aromas were caramel and sugar, toasted biscuit/wood. I wrote that the leaf and liquor aromas were 'delectable', but couldn't get any of it on my palate or retronasally. Smooth texture and some sweetness when infused for a longer time. I called it a 'mature' flavor.

>2005 TuLin Phoenix (sheng)
Smoky maple and mossy. Some pleasant variety of aromas, but everything was so subtle that I couldn't really enjoy this one.

>2018 Haiwan Lao Tong Zhi 9978 Batch 181 (shou)
Had some sense of brown syrup, not bitter, hard to find central flavor. I tried this again recently, and the consistency and flavor were a bit easier to work with (especially since I brewed hotter and longer), so it was more enjoyable. I'm not blasted away in amazement, but it's not bad.

Don't buy it.

>home made stuff is better than what they serve in stores/restaurants
Well no shit, anon. If I took the time to learn and make sushi, it'll be better than what Japan would serve in the market but that's not what I was talking about. Too many firsties go for takeout, so when they eat something that's advertised as American, most wouldn't bother to think that the shit they ordered is better at the location it was made OR just make it yourself.

Yeah, bad example. I was just naming a particular cuisine for this post's sake. I should've been more general about it.

>6 flour tortilla wraps 1.49€
>1 bag of pre packed salad 0.99€
>400gr chicken breast 2.99€ (x2)
>2 red bell peppers 1.25€
>6 x 25gr garlic butter 0.99€
>500 gr cheese 1.99€

Total cost: 12,69€
Cost per wrap: 2,15€
Chicken per wrap: 133gr.

I really like making and eating those but is that even worth it?

I don't use all of the garlic butter. Probably only 2 x 25 gr packages for 6 wraps.
